Agemni Payroll Calculation Tools

Agemni's Payroll system allows you to set up customized pay plans for sales reps and technicians. Once these plans are set up your payroll process will go from hours of calculation to a couple minutes to print out the report. The flexibility of our payroll setup will allow you to create pay plans based on flat rates per sale, tiered rates, and rates based on provider or promotion. You can also add bonus pay based on equipment, profit margins, and manager overrides. Another common pay practice that we support is holdback payments.

DirecTV HSP Subcontractor Tools

Agemni has recently added tools to their CMS software to allow DirecTV HSP sub-contractors to import their jobs into the system. Once in the system the jobs can be assigned to your technicians for installation, inventory can be assigned, and payroll items can be generated. Importing these jobs is as easy and taking your Siebel generated report and import it through Agemni's Import/Export page.

DISH Network Commission Reconciliation

 

 

Agemni's satellite dealer software, Agemni CMS, has everything a retailer could need in order to reconcile the commissions paid by either DISH Network or DIRECTV in an accurate and efficient way. In order to reconcile commissions a company needs to have multiple pieces of information in one place to compare to each other. Agemni CMS brings all of that information together for you. Here is how it's done:

As DISH Network and DIRECTV update their business rules with new equipment and new commission structures Agemni updates their databases to reflect those changes.

When a new activation is made in Agemni the retailer will set up the customer with the expected receiver combination, or kit, along with any upgrades. These combinations are what determine which business rules to use to calculate the expected commission amounts in Agemni.

When a retailer is paid by the satellite provider the retailer will be able to use Agemni CMS to download the commission report into their database.

Using Agemni's commission reports the retailer is able to see any discrepancy between which commissions were expected and which were paid.

When it is determined by the retailer that they have not been paid everything they were expecting they are able to dispute that payment directly with the satellite provider.
