Here is our recommendation for implementing Agemni MIT.

  1. Order 1 phone and phone scanner for each warehouse. Our shipment reconciler is the 1st and most important step in tracking your inventory accurately. There is no way to completely track your inventory with out reconciling each shipment. Agemni MIT will drastically improve your inventory accuracy and will flawlessly reconcile every single purchase order shipment.
  2. Order a phone and phone scanner for each installer for your main installation area. You will be able to automate your dispatch by empowering your installers to close out jobs and move equipment from their consignment to each customer invoice within Agemni CMS.

Agemni Mobile Open Beta


Agemni is pleased to announce that we are in the open beta stages of our new product called Agemni Mobile. This application, currently focused on Dish Network DNS and RSP businesses, enables technicians to make changes to their work orders immediately in the field without having to contact a call center.

  • View the technician’s open work orders by date
  • View E*Connect work order details and account notes
  • Change work order status to both Agemni CMS and E*Connect

  • Add inventory to a work order to both Agemni CMS and e*Connect
  • Swap out inventory including moving to RMA
  • Get full work order information: name, address, phone
  • Get map to the location and directions between jobs
  • View the technician’s completed work orders by date
  • Show the equipment currently consigned to the technician

This has been created to be easy to use and simple so that it can run on the most rudimentary mobile devices. Most of these operations can be performed with just a few clicks.

 

Agemni Mobile runs on most mobile devices. This has been built with technology that has been tested on over 400 devices including: iPhone, Windows Mobile, Blackberry, Android, Opera Mini Broswers, etc. Our current emphasis is on installing technicians who use E*Connect. Those involved in the open beta will have the opportunity to help lead future features.
